NavigationArts Welcomes Daren Arnold as CTO

MCLEAN, VIRGINIA, March 26, 2008 – NavigationArts today announced that Daren Arnold has joined the company as CTO. Daren has worked in technical leadership positions at EDS, Cendex Corporation, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. Most recently, Daren founded Cima Integration, a company that specializes in enterprise integration services for large companies. While leading Cima Integration, Daren served as a leading technical consultant on projects for the U.S. Department of Treasury, FCS Corporation, and PNC Bank.

Daren has over 17 years of web application development and architecture experience with particular expertise in application integration, the configuration and implementation of enterprise-wide computing solutions, and content management. He has built and led large development teams implementing various technologies (J2EE, Oracle, CMS, Sun Microsystems) for mid to large size clients including Citibank Latin America, Pfizer, and Schlumberger.

As CTO, Daren will work with NavigationArts’ clients to understand technical requirements and provide guidance as they establish technology strategies. NavigationArts’ technical team has particular expertise in web standards and CSS programming, application design and development, rich internet applications, web services integration, and content management systems. Daren will play an important role shaping NavigationArts’ technology practice in these and other areas in the ever-evolving field of web development.
