National Center for Missing and Exploited Children launches NetSmartz411.org by NavigationArts

MCLEAN, VIRGINIA,  February 20, 2007 — The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) today launched NetSmartz411.org, a Web site designed to raise Internet safety awareness and provide related expert advice for parents, children, and educators. The NCMEC worked with NavigationArts, a leading user experience design consultancy, to analyze its needs and extensively customize CA’s donated Unicenter Service Desk application to provide a suitable Web experience. Customization included all aspects of the user experience, from information presentation to visual design.
