2006 Press Release

Wolf Trap selects NavigationArts for new Web site

MCLEAN, VIRGINIA, October 25, 2006 — NavigationArts, a leading user experience design consultancy, today announced that the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts has selected the firm to design and develop its new Web site. The enhanced online presence will help Wolf Trap better fulfill its artistic and educational mission.

“The Foundation provides access to arts and arts education that is particularly valuable given limited options for both in today’s world” said Leo Mullen, CEO of NavigationArts. “We are eager to help Wolf Trap provide this unique and important service more effectively to more people.”

NavigationArts is collaborating with Wolf Trap to create a new Internet strategy and Web site structured around the needs of a diverse national audience. Responding to current needs and identifying others, the project calls on NavigationArts’ expertise in Internet strategy, information architecture, interface design, usability, and technical implementation.

“The Internet is a growing way for us to reach out and communicate with a wider range of Americans, and for them to reach us,” said Wolf Trap web manager Alaina Sadick. “NavigationArts will help us build on our historically strong Internet presence and allow us to evolve wolftrap.org to better support our mission of making world-class arts and education accessible to all.”

Project completion is anticipated in Q2 of 2007.
